Dr. Diamond is a leader in the study of neurodegenerative diseases, focusing on protein aggregation and the role of prion mechanisms in diseases like Alzheimer’s. With a distinguished career at UCSF, Washington University in St. Louis, and now UT Southwestern, Dr. Diamond’s work is advancing our understanding of these complex conditions.
