Dallas Founder Lions Club Shines at the Lions District 2X-1 Mid-Winter Conference

Celebrating Leadership, Service, and Growth

· Lions International,Special Events

The Lions District 2X-1 Mid-Winter Conference was a day to remember! With over 200 Lions in attendance, the conference brought together leaders, members, and Lions from across Dallas, Hunt, Ellis, Kaufman, and parts of Collin County for a day of learning, collaboration, and celebration.

We are thrilled to share that Dallas Founder Lions Club President, Lion Nia, received special recognition from the district for our club’s achievements this year in both service and membership growth. Under Lion Nia’s leadership, our club has strengthened its impact in the community, supported vital service projects, and welcomed new members eager to make a difference. This honor is a testament to her dedication and the collective efforts of our amazing members!

Lion Nia’s recognition is just one of many reasons to celebrate the success of this event. The day was also filled with insightful training sessions, engaging programs, and an inspiring keynote address from
Texas Lions Council Chair Terrell Thompson. The sessions, which included topics like New Lion Orientation and leadership training, were a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced Lions and grow as a club.
