The Dallas Founder Lions Club is proud to announce recent accolades recognizing our efforts in membership recruitment and service reporting. At the 2nd Quarterly Cabinet Meeting of Lions District 2-X1, hosted by the East Region clubs, our club received Certificates of Appreciation for
being #1 in the district in both categories.

Lion Sheryll McKay was also honored with a Certificate of Appreciation, and Lion Nia MacKay received a prestigious Zone Chair Award, both presented by Lions Clubs International President Fabricio Oliveira. These recognitions reflect the hard work and dedication of our members and leaders to further the Lions mission of community service and engagement.

The Zone Chair Award recognizes exceptional leadership inconnecting clubs to the District Governor Team, fostering growth, and ensuring clubs thrive. Service reporting, an essential aspect of Lions Clubs’ global operations, enables us to share the impact of our work.

The Dallas Founder Lions Club is thrilled to be on track toexceed our membership goals for this fiscal year, contributing to the Lions Clubs International Mission 1.5 initiative. This ambitious program aims to grow global membership to 1.5 million Lions by July 1, 2027. By strengthening clubs
and enhancing service capabilities, Mission 1.5 ensures that Lions can meet the increasing needs of communities around the world.
